财政农业支出对二元经济结构转化效果研究

根据1978—2006年的数据对我国财政支农支出与二元经济结构转化之间关系进行实证分析,结果表明,二者之间缺乏明显的因果关系。原因在于:我国财政支农制度安排还停留在农业支持工业、农村支持城市的模式下,服务于统筹城乡发展的财政体制建设滞后,以及地方政府在不完善的政绩考核制度下的理性行为等。要强化财政支农对二元经济结构转化的作用,应该尽快实现工业反哺农业,城市带动农村的发展战略,改革财政体制,优化地方政府政绩考核制度。     

大学生的个性塑造与思想政治教育

本文分析了大学生个性特征的形成及其与思想政治教育的关系,以及当代大学生优良个性品质的内涵和存在的不良个性特征,并针对这些不良特征从心理学和思想政治教育角度提出了相应的解决措施。     

甘肃省市县区域居民心理差异调查研究

采用症状自评量表、男女双性化人格量表、社会支持量表对甘肃省河东河西两地居民进行心理差异调查,结果发现:(1)甘肃省城乡居民心理健康的总体水平较低,总症状指数白银地区显著地大于其它7个地区,天水地区显著地大于酒泉地区;阳性症状痛苦水平白银地区显著地大于武威、定西、张掖、酒泉和平凉五个地区,天水地区显著地大于武威地区,定西地区显著地大于张掖地区;(2)八个地理区域在9个因子上的检验结果均达到显著;(3)八个地理区域居民社会支持在总分、客观支持分和主观支持分上无显著差异,但在对支持的利用度上存在显著差异;(4)八个地理区域除在女性化上的分布差异不显著外,在其它三种性别类型上的分布存在显著差异。     

Individual determinants of work attendance: evidence on the role of personality

We investigate the influence of personality as measured by the Big Five personality scale on absenteeism using the 2005 wave of the German Socio-Economic Panel (GSOEP). Estimates of a double hurdle negative binomial regression allow us to test hypotheses on the influence of the Big Five personality traits on work attendance. Our findings augment previous results on the link between personality and absenteeism by analysing representative data and including a large set of control variables typically not available in small scale surveys. We find clear negative correlations between the absence probability and Conscientiousness among women. For male employees a negative correlation with the incidence of absence is observed for the Agreeableness dimension. When looking at the length of absence occurrences Neuroticism is found to significantly influence male absenteeism despite controlling for the subjective health of the individual. Following the reasoning by Bowles et al. (2001) for the provision of effort by employees, employers might pay for incentive-enhancing preferences such as low Neuroticism among male employees because employers can only insufficiently monitor the true level of sickness of their employees and consequently want to avoid voluntary absenteeism.

近年来农民工的社会保障问题却一直无人问津。这不仅严重地阻碍了我国工业化、城市化的进程,而且也给社会的不稳定埋下了诸多隐患。因此,建立面向农民工的社会保障制已势在必行。     

Non-regular professionals' dual commitment in South Korea: antecedents and consequences

There is a growing concern with whether nonregular professionals are concurrently committed to both the organization and their profession and whether such commitments are beneficial to that organization. This article seeks to investigate the relationship between organizational justice variables and the dual commitment of nonregular professionals via perceived organizational support (POS) and the subsequent effect of the dual commitment on organizational citizen behavior. Hypotheses are developed and then tested through structural equation modeling with data collected from a total of 1143 part-time instructors at South Korean universities. The findings of this study reveal that the perceptions held by nonregular professionals of organizational justice constructs concurrently influence organizational commitment and professional commitment via POS and that both commitments are positively associated with altruistic behavior. The findings advance our understanding of the dual commitment of nonregular professionals and provide universities with managerial implications as to how to manage effectively part-time instructors. Limitations, directions for future research, and conclusions are presented.     

文化旅游创新体系的结构与性质研究

如何提升创新能力是中国旅游业实现产业转型和升级需要解决的关键问题.因为旅游业产业结构的复杂性,所以产业内部创新行为的表现形式也会有很大差异.文化旅游创新主要不是技术创新,而是要以文化创新为基础,达到旅游的创新与发展.文化旅游创新体系在结构和运行机制上都体现为文化与旅游融合的二元复合体系,具有创新目标与成果的双重性、二元核心创新主体、双重价值导向,是双重核心模式.鉴于此,应注意文化创新和文化旅游产品创新的差异,建立协调市场机制和公共管理机制的创新管理体制,充分发挥旅游地居民与旅游企业的积极性.     

The effects of customers’ perceptions of brand personality in casual theme restaurants

Although existing studies recommend that restaurant chains develop and communicate salient brand personalities, no research to date provides empirical evidence that perceptions of unique brand personality by consumers lead to positive outcomes in the restaurant business. Therefore, using a sample of 336 adults, this research models the causal relationships between brand personality perceptions, brand preference, attitudinal loyalty, and positive word-of-mouth (W-O-M) behavior for the Olive Garden and Chili's restaurant chains. It was found that for both chains, brand personality perceptions have a positive effect on brand preference and attitudinal loyalty, brand preference has a positive impact on attitudinal loyalty, and attitudinal loyalty has a positive influence on positive word-of-mouth (W-O-M) communication. In addition, for the Olive Garden and Chili's brands, it was also found that there is a direct link between brand preference and word-of-mouth behavior.
